this is how it works guys.....first bid was put in on the 24th @7:02am....that means the initial bidding period of 48 expired this morning @ 7:02......because KC and OAK were the only 2 teams to bid, they are the only 2 able to bid in the last 24 hr. frame (which expires tomorrow morning @ 7:02)...OAK has not posted he has dropped out of the bidding, and can still place a bid until then, at which time KC may choose to beat it or drop out. KC I hope this clarifies the process for you, and I hope you realize this is a new system we are using here and not everyone has got a full grasp of it yet, inlcuding myself....so just be patient.

exactly.
Lamar, I hope that clears things up you.
Basically, an owner will open a Free Agent bid and have 48 hours for anyone else to join in. They only need to bid once in the initial 48 hours.
Once that 48 hours is up, if more than one owner has bid, we move to the next level (where no new owner can join). The person/people who are NOT the highest bidder have 24 hours to increase their bids or drop out. If no one increases their bid or posts that they drop out, the leading bidder wins. If someone increases their bid, the 24 hours is reset for the other owners to sign on and increase their bid or sign off. This just eliminates the last second winning of players, when not everyone can be on (work or school, etc). If you can think of a fairer way, we'd love to hear about it.

OAK has until 10:43pm 9/27 to increase bid so officially, time expired on the initial 48 hours on the 26th @ 7:02am......no other bid was entered by either team in the next 24 hours, therefore KC won the bidding, just wanted to confirm what actually happened....and KC he was placed on your roster and placed as starter in time for todays gametime.
