*Commissioner: With the 27th overall pick, in the 2nd round of the 2019 DFL Free Agent draft, everyone’s favorite new owner selects….Denico Autry, DL for IND $3
The crowd erupts!
Commentator: The Seattle owner has done it again. Denico had great stats, considering he missed 4 games last year, and he seems to be peaking and comes at a great price. The Seattle owner seems to be sticking to a value based draft and by the the sounds of it, the Seattle fans approve. (crowd goes wild!)
Seattle Owner: I just want to thank the beautiful green city of Seattle and all the fans worldwide. Your CBD helps me sleep at nights and we’re bringing it back to the 2016 glory year. A special shout out goes to the new owners of Dallas and New Orleans, best of luck to you two stand up gentleman. Also,
a special thank you to the Tampa Bay owner for the guidance, as well as the Washington owner for the warm reception. I know a couple of owners that have been in the DFL for very long time, as I was on the infamous “wait list”, but they haven’t lifted a finger to help me on my new endeavors. You would think this was a big time money league from the crickets I get from them. Apparently the gauntlet has been drawn aka WAR! (one of my favorite bands btw). An extra special shout out to the DFL, I’m really enjoying my time here!
