Veto, TB would still lose Forsett as a FA, as he doesn't have a FA 3rd round pick

I know I shouldnt post here but its needed. TB needs to put the picks in the right format. 2016 Rookie Pick (BAL) does no good since you dont know if it is a 1st, 2nd or 3rd. The FA pick could be 2015 or 2016 as well.
