The following are the official rules for Rookie Cutdown:

1) When the (Rookie Cutdown) board opens, ONLY post rookies you want to CUT
2) Any posts of placing players on practice squad (PS) and/or being moved to active roster will be IGNORED. Such posts must be posted in correct boards in order to have the proper actions occur.
