2017 Rookie Draft Start Date/Details

With the Free Agent Draft and (1st ever) RFA bidding period having both been completed earlier this week, we are onto the next stage of the offseason, the Rookie Draft
Begin Date: Saturday, May 13 12am est
The whole draft will take place on fantrax
All picks will be the traditional 24 hours, for all 3 rounds. The site will have a running clock of how time is left for team OTC.
-To get in is simple, sign on to your account, get in the league and click on the "DRAFT ROOM" button on the bar towards the top
-Before the draft starts (or anytime you have to re-enter), EVERYONE click on (green) R located to the left of your roster, this will make the available list only have the rookies listed.
-To draft a player, on the list or queue, click on the + sign to the left of his name.
-When you draft a player, a menu will come up asking where you want to place the guy, one option will say ACTIVE, you must change it to MINORS.
-If you miss your pick, just like for the FA draft on proboards, you will be skipped and can just make your selection the next time you sign on. There is no pick made for you if your time runs out.
-If you'll be away from access to the site when you potentially maybe OTC, there is 2 options.
*1) you can setup a queue of players in the order you'd like to have them selected and put yourself on autopilot so the site will pick the highest on your queue right away when your pick comes up
(To add a guy to your "queue" just click on the GREEN arrow to the left of the players name)
or
*2) text or message myself or Travis and we can manually make the selection as commish on fantrax for you
TRADING
Trading will be allowed during the draft, however, to avoid missing of picks or other headaches, please if you're acquiring a pick that is either OTC or soon to be, please tell the owner who the guy is you want and have him make the selection to keep the draft moving and not held up because of picks in trade review.
If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.
During the draft, feel free to leave questions in the chat as there other owners besides myself with experience drafting on fantrax
