8. Playoffs set up
a) In each conference:
6 Playoff Teams **3 division winners -Top records atop each division, after tiebreakers (if necessary) **3 wild-card teams -Top records remaining teams in each conference that didn't win divisions, after tiebreakers (if necessary)
b) With teams having top 2 seeds receiving 1st round byes in each conference
Tiebreaker Scenarios
If 2 Teams Are Tied (Division): 1) Head to Head record 2) Division Record 3) Points Scored **This scenario will also be used if two teams from the same division are battling for one Wild Card spot.
If 3 Or More Teams Are Tied (Division): 1) Division Record 2) Points Scored 3) Points Against
If 2 Teams Are Tied (Wild-Card): 1) Head to Head record 2) Points Scored 3) Points Against
If 3 Or More Teams Are Tied (Wild-Card): 1) Points Scored 2) Points Against
Playoff Tiebreakers
If it IS the first game for one or both teams: 1) Highest Bench Score
If it's NOT the first game for both teams: 1) Highest Average Score in Playoffs 2) Highest Scoring Offense (Average) 3) Highest Scoring Defense (Average)
