Non-playoff team tournament

-The tournament will consist all 12 teams that did nt qualify for the DFL playoffs
-Teams will be seeded 1-12 and reseeded for each round of tournament, with each round working just like the DFL playoffs
-The team that wins the tournament will receive a (NON-trade able) compensatory Free Agent (FA) 1st round pick. The pick will place at the end of the 1st round in the FOLLOWING draft
NOTE: These playoffs DO NOT change the draft order for non-playoff teams. That will be determined by the regular season records.
