Off-Season Drafts
Free Agent Draft
-This draft has a total of 3 rounds
*Time limit: 24 hours per selection
-Any DFL team that franchised a FA, loses their 1st FA draft pick
-You may only make picks for the amount of open off-season roster spots and available cap space you have available.
** When your pick is OTC, if you don't have a spot to put a player, you will be skipped for remainder of the draft.
-Order is based on previous season's DFL standings.
-Picks can be traded, however, only for the next FA draft
-Types of Free Agents available for the draft are:
*Unrestricted Free Agents
*Restricted Free Agents who were NOT tendered an offer by their NFL team
**This excludes players under contract that are released in the offseason by their NFL team
-If you don't have anyone you'd like to draft and wanna drop from the draft, just leave a post saying 'skip' to keep the draft moving
Rookie Draft
-The draft is conducted on the fantrax site
-Order is based on previous season's DFL standings.
-There is a 24-hour limit on draft picks.
**If your pick is coming up be online to make your pick or we will skip you. You can then make your pick as soon as you sign on.
-If you won't be on to make a pick, its up to you to leave your pick with someone (member of staff)
Rookie Draft Pick Salaries:
1st round = $3
2nd round = $2
3rd round = $1
-These salaries are only in effect for each draft pick's first season. From that point on, their cost will be from their actual NFL contract.
-Rookie draft picks are NOT immedately placed on your active roster upon drafting (Not counting towards off-season 26). You will have to decide the final week of pre-season which rookie(s) you want placed on your roster.
**Rookies applied to active roster for regular season will count towards your 24-man limit.
