Off-Season Free Agent Distinctions

[DFL COMMISSIONER]

Players that remain under DFL team control:

*NOTE: Teams hold option to keep or drop any player under contract of the types of Free Agents below

-Players still with year(s) remaining on NFL contract

-Players that had year(s) remaining on NFL contract that were cut by said NFL team AFTER the season

-Players that were scheduled UFA, that signed a new NFL contract prior to the DFL deadline (1 week after NFL Super Bowl)

-Players scheduled to be a Restricted Free Agent (RFA), that IS tendered by their NFL team
(ex. Tyrell Williams-2018)

-Players scheduled to be an Exclusive Rights Free Agent (ERFA)

Players to be Franchise Tag eligible:

-Players scheduled to be an Unrestricted Free Agent (UFA) that DONT sign an extension with their original NFL team prior to our contract extension deadline (1 week after the NFL Super Bowl)

-Players scheduled to be a Restricted Free Agent (RFA), who during the NFL Restricted Free Agency period, are NOT tendered by their NFL team.

Players eligible for the Free Agent (FA) Draft:

-Players scheduled to be an Unrestricted Free Agent (UFA), who their DFL team didn't Franchise Tag

-Players scheduled to be a Restricted Free Agent (RFA) who WASNT tendered their original NFL team
(ex. Thomas Rawls-2018)

-Players already in Fantrax Free Agent pool

-Players owners drop prior to the FA Draft
